Andi’s Childminding is a home based childcare setting run by me - Andi Nyerges and by my husband Daniel Nyerges We got married in 2018 and always wanted to work together and create something new in children’s life. Andi Nyerges BA Early Childhood Studies (Middlesex University London) and Daniel Nyerges BA Business Management (University of Chester), we believe that a loving and professional team are vital in order to deliver an individual childcare service. We work with our assistants who are carefully chosen members fulfilling our high standards for the best care. All our staff have clear DBS; Paediatric First Aid; Safeguarding; Female Genital Mutilation and Food Hygiene certificate. Andi’s Childminding operates a key worker system which means each child is matched with a member of staff who takes care of all their individual needs and follows up on their development through daily observations.

We aim to provide a harmonious and happy environment for our staff which consequently creates a nurturing, supportive and caring environment for the children and parents. All of our staff must be Disclosure and Barring Service approved before employment begins, and all staff hold Paediatric First Aid; Safeguarding; Female Genital Mutilation and Food Hygiene certificate.
