I'm a mother of 4 and a grandmother of six - 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. I'm a very warm and caring person, firm but very fair, very flexible and communicate very well with people.

My Experience: For the past 22 years I've been a Registered Childminder which I found very rewarding, and I have the understanding of the importance of offering individual care and attention to children, and the importance of working with parents from a cultural background in order for continuity of care and where children are given the opportunity to develop a sense of their own identity and culture. At Tiny Angels Daycare I aim to provide a Safe, Loving and Stimulating Environment. Each child is treated equally and welcomed into a warm homely environment, where they are valued for who they are. Children are encouraged to develop at their own pace with activities and opportunities being carefully planned, building on their interest and abilities. I work in conjunction with the new Early Years Foundation Stage document in line with the government initiative/guidelines. My Qualifications: Certificate in Nursing NVQ Level 3 Early Years Foundation Degree Paediatric First Aider Food Hygiene Certificate Children Development Certificate Safeguarding Certificate
