Windsor Day Nursery and Preschool provides childcare in Windsor for the under 5s and is an OFSTED Outstanding rated setting situated just outside Windsor town centre (five minutes from the M4).The day nursery in Windsor is open from 7.00am - 7.00pm, 51 weeks of the year (excluding bank holidays) allowing parents plenty of time to get to work.The children's nursery has four main rooms designed for children aged between three months and five years with nursery room and pre-school on the ground floor, and the toddler and baby rooms on the first floor. Each room has beautiful handmade natural wood resources and furniture throughout, which are regularly refreshed to support your child's personal interests.The clean and well set up environments allow children to explore, experiment and investigate a broad range of experiences. Our innovative garden areas allows children to continue to develop and explore, we love to grow lots of interesting things at Windsor Day Nursery from sunflowers to watermelons!Our on-site kitchen holds a 5* food hygiene rating, catering for all children's needs whatever they may be. Allergies, intolerances or just a more acquired taste, we can accommodate all through our traffic light plating system. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff receive ongoing training in childcare, best practice and safeguarding and work in line with the most current legislation. Every member of staff from childcare practitioners to gardeners, maintenance or support staff hold enhanced DBS checks. We also have close relationships with the Local Authority's Early Years team who often refer to our setting to highlight outstanding practice to others.We hold tailored settling in sessions to suit the individual needs of each and every child and family before starting at the nursery. We operate an open door policy and are always free to chat, answer emails or calls and are there to support you if you feel anxious about your child's nursery day. We will be delighted to welcome you to Windsor Day Nursery & Preschool.
